Healing Through Connection and Active Listening
If you're here, you might be feeling overwhelmed by the weight of everything on your plate. Maybe you're navigating a major life transition, grieving a loss, caring for aging parents while building your own life, or simply feeling like you're drowning in the demands of daily life. You might be wondering if anyone truly understands the unique challenges you face—especially if you're navigating cultural identity, systemic barriers, or feeling caught between different worlds.
I integrate person-centered and trauma-informed care with a decolonialist perspective that recognizes how race, gender, and socioeconomic factors can create additional layers of stress in our lives. As a first-generation Korean American, I understand the unique challenges of navigating multiple cultural identities while facing life's difficulties.
In our work together, we'll move at your pace. Some sessions you might need to process difficult emotions, other days we'll focus on practical coping strategies. There's no "right" way to do therapy—just your way, supported by evidence-based approaches and genuine care.
Whether you're processing grief, managing anxiety and depression, healing from past trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, our work together will be grounded in trust, empathy, and genuine care for your whole story.
